<p>Woke up this morning to a bit of a sunbreak.  Rather than showering and immediately heading into work I decided to grab the dogs and run down to the marina and back.  I started out feeling pretty sluggish but by the last mile or so had woken up.  Guess that&#8217;s what I get for running before my morning coffee.</p>

<p>After a sporadic week of running last week, I&#8217;m going to begin my official training this week, running a 3/4/3/5 routine.</p>

<p>Time to stretch, unload my Amazon Fresh grocery order (!!!), and head into the office.  Great way to start a day.</p>
