I haven’t run since the last injury. I’ve been into one doctor and have an appointment with an orthopedist in two weeks, and will probably get an MRI. The doc said it doesn’t look like a stress fracture, but might be some sort of ligament damage, which explains why I’ve felt it a few times over.
Until then, it’s swimming, weightlifting, and other non-running based exercises. I’m pretty bummed but I’ll get over it.

It might be a good idea to rest completely. I remember when I got tendonitis back high school when I ran cross country, and it only completely healed when I just stopped exercise completely for awhile and let my body rest. I would talk to a personal trainer first though obv.
